INTRO TO DANCE

 

Description:

Classes designed for students who are new to the studio or for students who would like to try a different form of dance. A great way to try something new before committing to the fall program.

 

Class Dates:

July 3, 5, 7, 10, 12, 14

​

Schedule:

• Jr Nursery: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (3 yr. olds)

• Nursery Select: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (5 yr. olds)

• Pre-Hip Hop: 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (6-8 yr. olds)

• Sr Nursery: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (4 yr. olds)

• Pre Jazz: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (6-8 yr. olds)

• Beginner Musical Theatre: 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. (9-13 yr. olds)

• Beginner Jazz: 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. (9-13 yr. olds)

• Beginner Lyrical: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (9-13 yr. olds)

• Beginner Hip Hop: 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (9-13 yr. olds)

SUMMER INTENSIVE

​

Description:

A week long program featuring various forms of dance for our current competitive students ONLY. This action packed week hosts a variety of guest teachers and exposes students to many different dance styles.

 

Class Dates:

August 14, 15, 16, 17, 18

Schedule:

Evening: Actual Times To Be Determined Based On Enrolment and Skill Level. Three hours of dance per evening.

TECHNIQUE TUESDAYS

​

Description:

These classes are for students looking to improve their technique over the summer. Students will be placed in classes based on ability, as determined by Dance Place teaching staff.

Description:

Classes strategically focused to help dancers improve their endurance, strength and overall flexibilty. Students will be placed in classes based on ability, as determined by DP teaching staff.
